The McLain Association for Children (MAC) is a non-government organization based in the Republic of Georgia. MAC provides support, education, and medical care for special needs children in rural regions of The Republic of Georgia. Moreover, MAC proactively seeks to provide public information, training, and awerness about the children's disabilities and about their needs. Some of MAC's achievements include:

Developing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and training volunteers and education providers to address the education needs of special needs children—especially those unable to attend school.

Organizing parent support groups to raise awareness and share information and concerns for families of special needs children

Providing accurate information about disabilities to community leaders, media, teachers and health officials in rural areas in Georgia

Providing free epilepsy medication to children in the Terjola region of Georgia.

Sourcing medical supplies, including wheelchairs, for children with disabilities

Addressing funding needs, through World Bank Health Representatives, for families that qualified for free medical care, but were turned away for treatment by local doctors.
